No tee times, no group.
No group, no sale.
You ask for tee times for a group of eight.
They offer you four, spread across the day…
You know how that ends.
Six mornings, confirmed the same day
In September a Swedish operator asked me for a golf group in November.
Eight to twelve players. Six days at Los Moriscos Golf Club, every morning.
The club guaranteed every tee time the day they asked.
"November in Spain is a gamble"
I understand. Nobody wants to sell a golf week and watch it rain.
But what does your group really need? Mild days, good tee times, no driving.
The Costa Tropical is subtropical. They grow mangoes and avocados here.
And Impressive Playa Granada Golf sits on the course. The first tee is a walk from breakfast.
Easy to sell, easy to earn
Tee times confirmed before you quote. No surprises.
Hotel and golf in one place. No transfers.
A week your group books again next autumn.
Granada airport about an hour away. From 27 October, direct from London Luton.

The pro isn't a passenger
He's the reason the group travels.
I'm not sure this one is for you.
But if you work with a golf pro who takes his students abroad, keep reading.
Because his room is where most of those trips fall apart.
One flight from London, one hour to the range
From 27 October Wizz Air flies London Luton to Granada, twice a week, all year.
For a UK pro, a teaching trip is now one direct flight.
And about an hour later, his group is on the practice ground at Impressive Playa Granada Golf.
"If the pro's room isn't included, the package doesn't work"
Fair. When a group travels with its pro, the pro has to be inside the price.
Is it only the pro's room, or everything around it?
Practice time, a clinic, the same good tee time every morning.
So I build the package with all of it inside: rooms, golf, the pro's room and his clinic.
One price for the group. Nothing to negotiate on top.
And the hotel sits on Los Moriscos Golf Club, so the range is a walk from breakfast.
Where the money is for you
The pro fills the group. You don't have to.
One package price: rooms, golf, the pro's room and the clinic.
Groups with a pro tend to come back, often bigger.

Neither. Tell me the nights and the rounds, and you get one price.

"We're forty. I assume there's no room."
I hear this every month.
The agent has the group, the dates and a happy organiser.
And doesn't even ask. Forty sounds like too many.
The big groups are already here
This month a group of 32 golfers arrives on the 24th, and one of 55 on the 27th.
A group of 60 has already booked October 2028.
At Casa de Campo®, forty is not a big number.
"Not all my golfers will want a villa"
I understand. Some golfers want a hotel room and nothing else.
With forty, you don't have to choose.
The mix that works best is villas and hotel rooms together.
Those who want a house take the villa. Those who want the hotel, the hotel.
Same resort, same tee sheet, same dinners.
And each villa bedroom works just like a hotel room. Same rooming list, quoted the same way.
What decides it is the week, not the size. Late February and early March fill first.
What comes with a Casa de Campo® villa
Nobody in the villa cooks or cleans. This is what's included:
A butler until 6:30 pm in most villas: drinks after golf, light cooking, packing and unpacking.
Breakfast made in the villa every morning, and daily maid service.
Two or three golf carts at the door. In the top categories, a car as well.
Private airport transfer, round trip, in most categories.
Check-in done in the villa, with a welcome bar and fruit waiting.
A concierge for tee times, restaurants and the spa.
Gym, Wi-Fi and staff on call 24 hours.
Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore and The Links a few minutes away. No transfers.
Our group coordinators, plus the welcome and prize-giving dinners.
Getting forty golfers to agree on a week is the hard part. You've already done it.
For your client, a house with staff. For you, one booking and one contact.

Teeth of the Dog, or another week like last year?
Why 8.5 million people flew to the Dominican Republic this year
Preencabezado: Record visitors to the Dominican Republic, and the one thing the closer option doesn't have.
Así se ve la newsletter
Think of your best golf client
Where would you send him if the flight didn't matter?
Not the one who books every year on autopilot.
The one who tells his friends where he's been.
Right now he's choosing between the Caribbean and a two-hour flight.
The Dominican Republic keeps growing
More than 8.5 million visitors between January and August.
Almost 7% up on last year, heading for 12 million.
In September, two of the largest golf operators each placed more than ten bookings with us.
"Somewhere closer is easier to sell"
That makes sense. Shorter flight, no jet lag, a price your client already knows.
But does your client want a closer week, or a better one?
Most want to come home saying it was the best golf trip they've done.
That's Teeth of the Dog: holes on the sea, by Pete Dye.
And two more of his courses inside the same resort.
What makes it easy to sell
Three courses without leaving the resort.
Beach, marina, restaurants and villas in one place.

P.S. Your best client wants a trip he can talk about. Teeth of the Dog is that story.
ASUNTO (elige uno)
1. Your client is choosing between the Caribbean and a two-hour flight
2. What the closer option can't give your client
3. The golf trip your client will still talk about in 2030 ← recomendado
4. Teeth of the Dog, or another week like last year?
5. Why 8.5 million people flew to the Dominican Republic this year

Think of your best golf client
SUBTÍTULO
Where would you send him if the flight didn't matter?
Not the one who books every year on autopilot.
The one who tells his friends where he's been.
Right now he's choosing between the Caribbean and a two-hour flight.
**The Dominican Republic keeps growing**
More than 8.5 million visitors between January and August.
Almost 7% up on last year, heading for 12 million.
In September, two of the largest golf operators each placed more than ten bookings with us.
[FOTO: Aérea del resort]
**"Somewhere closer is easier to sell"**
That makes sense. Shorter flight, no jet lag, a price your client already knows.
But does your client want a closer week, or a better one?
Most want to come home saying it was the best golf trip they've done.
That's Teeth of the Dog: holes on the sea, by Pete Dye.
And two more of his courses inside the same resort.
**What makes it easy to sell**
- Three courses without leaving the resort.
- Beach, marina, restaurants and villas in one place.
- The non-golfer has a week of their own.
- A story your client tells at the club for years.

February at home: dark by five.
February in Costa Teguise: tee time at ten.

They don't come for a week
Many of your winter clients aren't after a golf week.
They're seniors, often from the north of Europe, escaping weeks of dark afternoons.
And this winter the UK is Lanzarote's biggest air market.
"I can't quote golf for a month"
That's normal. Quoting round by round for four weeks is a nightmare.
What does the client want? To play when he feels like it, without thinking about it.
A Finnish operator asked us for exactly that.
Now Lanzarote Golf and Golf Costa Teguise have passes from one to four weeks, net for agencies.
One couple is spending nine weeks in Costa Teguise this winter.
Why it pays
A month's stay is four times the booking of a week.
One golf price for the whole stay. You build the offer today.

There are two. And they couldn't be more different.
A German operator nearly dropped Lanzarote last season.
He'd looked at the island on a map and seen one golf course.
One small mistake, and a whole destination almost went.
Lanzarote at the end of November
Saborea, the island's food and wine festival, is on 28 and 29 November in Teguise.
The Lanzarote marathon follows on 5 December.
Good plans for the partner who doesn't play.
"Two courses won't fill a week"
It's a fair worry. Nobody wants a client who feels he's repeating.
But does he want a new course every day, or a week in the sun with good golf?
The two courses are very different. Golf Costa Teguise sits under a volcano, among palm trees.
Lanzarote Golf looks out to the Atlantic.

Horse Week is at IFEMA from 26 to 29 November.
Then FITUR in January, Madrid Fusión in February and ARCO in March.
Each one brings clients who'd play a round if someone organised it.
"Without hotel and transfers, I've got nothing to sell"

"We have no budget!"
Two emails later, they had one.
A Swiss group wrote to me in September.
"We have no budget!"
Two emails later: "Even if it's expensive!" In between, I asked one question.
In Madrid, the hotel moves the price. Not the golf.
On big event weeks, Madrid hotels go up sharply.
Horse Week at the end of November, FITUR in January, ARCO in March.
Pick the week around them, and the same budget goes much further.
"Madrid is too expensive for my group"
I understand. Some courses are, and transfers can eat a budget.
Is it a real budget, or a ceiling the committee set?
My question was: which two courses would you tell your friends about?
They named them straight away.
So I built the week around those two, with the hotel close to the courses.
What you get
One big-name day, the rest at Golf Santander and Centro Nacional de Golf.
A hotel near the courses, so transfers stay short.
A clear list of what to drop to reach your number.
The course the group wants, without losing the sale.

SUBTÍTULO
Two emails later, they had one.
A Swiss group wrote to me in September.
"We have no budget!"
Two emails later: "Even if it's expensive!" In between, I asked one question.
**In Madrid, the hotel moves the price. Not the golf.**
On big event weeks, Madrid hotels go up sharply.
Horse Week at the end of November, FITUR in January, ARCO in March.
Pick the week around them, and the same budget goes much further.
[FOTO: Gran Vía, edificio Capitol]
**"Madrid is too expensive for my group"**
I understand. Some courses are, and transfers can eat a budget.
Is it a real budget, or a ceiling the committee set?
My question was: which two courses would you tell your friends about?
They named them straight away.
So I built the week around those two, with the hotel close to the courses.
**What you get**
- One big-name day, the rest at Golf Santander and Centro Nacional de Golf.
- A hotel near the courses, so transfers stay short.
- A clear list of what to drop to reach your number.
- The course the group wants, without losing the sale.
Got a group with a ceiling? Tell me the number and the two courses they want, and I'll tell you what fits.

Eleven hours of flying. Four days in a minibus.
Nobody books that trip twice.
Seven nights of golf in Panama.
The group lands excited…
And spends half the week looking at the motorway.
More seats from Canada this winter
This Christmas Copa adds flights: Montreal goes from 7 to 10 a week, Toronto from 7 to 11.
And from March, Panama's hub adds more connections a day.
"I don't want my group spending the week in a car"
Quite right. Nobody flies that far to sit in a van.
What does the group want? Good golf, a bit of the city, and the beach.
So the week splits in two. The city first: Santa María, the Canal and the old town.
Then the Pacific coast at Buenaventura.
In September a Toronto advisor proposed that split herself, for twelve golfers in April.
What you get
The Santa Maria and The Buenaventura, one itinerary, transfers done.
Golf in the city at Santa María, then on the Pacific at Buenaventura.
The non-golfers get the Canal, the old town and the beach.

"Is it safe?"
The first question every agent gets about Panama.
It's a fair question. I'd ask it too.
So here's the answer I give, with numbers.
And what your client sees from the first tee.
Panama is growing fast
1.76 million visitors in the first half of 2026, up 17.4%.
The airport hub grew 15% in the first quarter.
"My clients ask if it's safe"
Of course they do. It's a fair question for any new destination.
Is it really about safety, or about not knowing what to expect?
Usually the second.
Panama uses the US dollar. The city skyline is the backdrop of the first round.
In September we had group requests from Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and France.

Half past two in the afternoon, first tee, no shade. How did that happen?
Afternoon tee times are usually the ones left when nobody asked early.

What's moving at Casa de Campo® this winter
Teeth of the Dog is Golf Inc.'s Renovation of the Year 2026. The rebuild went under the course: new sand, drainage, Paspalum greens.
From November to April its morning tee times go first. This one is ready to copy:

At home the frost delay just pushed your tee time to eleven. Where is the first group already walking towards the sea?
On Teeth of the Dog, at Casa de Campo® in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
The first group goes off at 7:30, and seven of the holes run right along the Caribbean.
The rest of the caption, the reel script and the facts behind it are in the PDF.
"I already have the resort's photos"
I know. The media library is generous, and the photos are good.
But is the photo the hard part, or the forty words underneath? A golfer stops scrolling for his own January.
So I wrote every post to open on that moment, name Casa de Campo® a line later and end with your call to action.
What your golfer gets, and what you get
You know which of your golfers would fly for Teeth of the Dog. Nobody can write that part.
Your golfer: a winter plan that starts from his frost delay.
You: ten seasonal posts and twenty evergreen, each with its photo.
You: three newsletters and the facts under every post.
You: no prices, so nothing to correct when rates move.

ASUNTO (elige uno)
1. Beautiful photos don't post themselves ← recomendado
2. This winter's Casa de Campo® posts are already written
3. What do you post when a golfer asks about winter?
4. A frost delay, a 7:30 tee time and a caption to copy
5. Teeth of the Dog, Renovation of the Year, and a post ready to go
PREENCABEZADO
Ten Casa de Campo® posts for this winter, written and ready. Copying one takes two minutes.

Christmas in Madrid: tee off at 10:30, done by three
For the golfers on your list who never open Instagram
The December question, answered once for your whole list
Three emails your golf database can get this winter
Preencabezado: In Madrid the answer is yes, most days. The reel and the email for your list are written.

"Are the courses even open at Christmas?"
Your golfers ask it every December. In Madrid the answer is ready to send.
Every December somebody asks you the same thing.
You answer it by email, one golfer at a time.
And the other forty on your list never hear it.
Christmas week in Madrid plays
In Madrid the courses play most days between Christmas and 6 January. Each club sets its own holiday hours. I confirm them course by course.
Tee off at 10:30 at Centro Nacional de Golf or Golf Santander, once the frost lifts, and finish by three.
This reel is ready to copy:

Two weeks off at Christmas, and the course at home is under frost. Where do the clubs go?
Not into the garage until March.
A two-hour flight from London, Madrid keeps playing through the winter. Most days, the courses are open.
The reel script, the rest of the caption and the facts behind it are in the PDF. Newsletter N1 tells the same story by email.
"My clients aren't on Instagram"
That's fair. Plenty of golfers who book Madrid never scroll Instagram.
Where do they read about their next trip? In your email, from someone they trust.
So the kit has three newsletters for your database. The first answers the Christmas question for your whole list.
What your golfer gets, and what you get
Your golfers trust you with their winter. The answer sounds better from you than from a club website.
Your golfer: Christmas golf in Madrid, with holiday hours checked club by club.
You: three newsletters, written to the golfer, under your name.
You: only courses that take visitors, never a members-only club.
Open the PDF at Section A: send N1 to your list, or post the reel this week.

New Year's week. Frost on the car at home, or short sleeves on the first tee?
At home, the week between Christmas and New Year is usually a week for the sofa.
About four hours south, on Lanzarote, the average temperature sits around 22°C all year, and the winter golf season runs from October to April.
The four frames, the poll sticker and the photo for each frame are in the PDF.
"Nobody books a golf trip from a story"
True. I've never seen a golf week booked from a poll sticker.
So what does the story do? A golfer taps First tee before he's thought about it, and every vote has a name.
Someone you can message on Tuesday about New Year. The sale still happens with you.
What your golfer gets, and what you get
You can tell which of those votes will travel. That's your trade.
Your golfer: real greens over New Year, four hours from the UK.
You: four stories, ten reels, six carousels and ten single images.
You: the facts under each post, to translate or rewrite it.
You: no prices, so nothing to update when rates move.
Open the PDF at IG-03, post the story this week and see who votes.

Validar. "That makes sense." "I understand."
El resultado que quiere, no el producto: "he wants to come home saying it was the best golf trip he's ever done".
Reglas fijas
